This dark beer is just what the doctor ordered if you like a dark lager. Similar to many imported dark lagers that are available at your local bottle shop only this beer is much richer in color and flavor. Made with authentic Hallertau hops for traditional flavor.
Goes great with a pretzel and mustard or a toasted Reuben sandwich on rye. The kit includes: 3.3 lbs Dark Malt Extract, 3.3 lbs Amber Malt Extract, 1/2 lb. Crystal 50°L & 1/2 lb. Viking Dopple Bock-
A Bock beer as strong as the legendary Norse explorers. This is an excellent lager for those who enjoy a rich malty beer. Sometimes this beer is brewed as a special brew for a special holiday. It has an alcoholic kick which comes through in the flavor. A beer to be savored and enjoyed. Remember to allow some aging time for this beer to achieve its peak flavor and strength. It is best to age this beer for a year or more.

She-wan-me-gone Schwarzbier- Named after the Chequamegon national forest that preserves a large portion of White Pine forest in Northern Wisconsin. Schwarzbier means "black beer" in German. Dark color with a rich full chocolatey and subtle coffee flavors. A very smooth dark beer more mildly flavored than English style dark ales. A very old style German lager that goes well with food particularly marinated meats, rustic bread & cream cheese, and goes great with Sauerbraten.
